Job Description
The Account Manager will be in charge of managing a company’s relationships with its customer. They are in charge of building long-term relationship with internal stakeholders within the customer’s team and generally work with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep client or accounts as long as possible and find growth opportunities. Tasks may involve project management/coordination, strategic planning, sales support, logistics, and marketing.
Requirements
Account Management
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within account
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Project Coordination
Maintaining and monitoring project requirements and ensure that gaps are being filled in timely manner
Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
