Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities / Skills:

Required Candidate Profile:

1. Preferred only Malayalee Candidates.

2. Qualification B.E Mechanical is a must.

3. Candidates should be from Manufacturing Background.

4. Work from the Office.

5. Must have goodcommunication skills.

6. Candidates must have experience in import andexport.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Procurement department in handling day-to-day operations.

2. Streamline Procurement activities and create a positive working environment, where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to perform at their best.

3. Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives.

4. Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.

5. Forecastprice and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

6. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.

7. Mentor and guide the support departments.

8. Knowledge on finalizing freight for export.

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years in Manufacturing

Qualification: B.E Mechanical

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days Only.

Salary Offered: Upto 6L PA / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.
