The Role: Data Transformation Analyst

The Team: The team is responsible for research, analysis, and parametric input from mfr documentation into the database. Also maintain the acceptable level of accuracy and input every day.

The Impact: The work engineers do provide the direct impact on customers which help them make critical decisions for their product. Engineering Solutions Product Portfolio directive is a cross-functional effort to capitalize on strategic opportunities for short- and long-term growth through a combination of product and technology enhancements, as well as investments in innovation to unlock new markets and use cases.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret the technical data available in Component Manufacturer datasheets such as Electrical attributes, part status and life cycle related attributes, Environmental compliance information etc. of an electronic/mechanical device

• Capture /QA the data as per the guideline, capture templates and deliver the data as per set Quality targets

• Classification, Data Capture and Quality check of data sheets for electronic components for Parametric, Component Life Cycle and Environmental compliance (Hazmat) information

• Interpret, Analyze and Match Customer part numbers and Manufacturer part numbers with Parts in Part Intelligence Database.

• Identify Alternate Components which are functional or Drop-in replacements for Obsolete and End of Life components.

• Search and Source Data, Datasheets from manufacturer websites and other sources relevant for Parts database customers.

• Responsible for Error free deliveries

What We’re Looking For:

• Good knowledge on various Electronic components and basic functions, RoHS and REACh, Part lifecycle and ISO-9001:2015 .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Graduate in Engineering – Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering or Diploma with relevant experience.

• BE with 1 Year or more in electronics manufacturing and distribution industry Experience

• Work experience on R&D /Testing of electronic equipment

• Proficiency in MS Office 365
