The Team:

Join a dynamic team operating within a scrum/Agile framework. Our scrum teams are distributed across multiple offices, each with a specific domain focus. The teams collaborate to deliver projects aligned with organizational priorities.

The Impact:

As a PM-BA in the scrum team, you will play a crucial role as a mediator between developers, Quality Assurance, and UAT. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements from the Product Owner, overseeing the development process, collaborating with QA and UAT for testing, and ensuring a successful rollout to production.

Ensuring precise delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Basic:

A degree in Computer Technology.

Strong communication skills.

Semi-advanced SQL knowledge, including Stored procedures, Joins, Functions, and Performance optimization.

Desired Skills:

Analytical ability

Estimation ability

Risk identification ability

Problem-solving ability

Proficient in SQL – Good knowledge of Stored procedures, Joins, Functions, Performance optimization.
