Spectrum Legal Solutions Hiring for Legal Associate at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

We specialize in areas such as property, corporate & commercial laws, and dispute resolution. We aspire to establish a grip in domains like intellectual property, educational laws, etc. Over the last two decades, we have worked with a variety of clients – individuals, start-ups, small & medium enterprises, schools, trusts, NGOs, corporates, banks, and many more.

We have experience of working in both traditional sectors such as land dealings, property sale purchase, commodities, automobile, pharmaceuticals, and modern sectors such as e-commerce, big data, redevelopments, renewables. We combine our knowledge of the law with industry experience to design legal solutions that our clients can implement.

We are looking for a lawyer to carry out following roles and responsibilities-

1. Having specialization in Intellectual property rights or commercial compliance or both.

2. Drafting, vetting and Conveyancing of land title documents and conducting search on required government platforms to perform due diligence and prepare Search and Title report.

3. Preparing and Issuing legal notices and reply to notices and having excellent client counselling and communication skills.

4. Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, and other legal documents for startup and other commercial entities.

5. Coordinate appointments with clients and keeping record of file and data. Maintaining calendar for hearings, organize and maintain case files and maintain MIS for the litigation matters (if any).

6. Conducting legal research and case assessments.

The desired candidates must have experience of min 2 to 3 years in Real estate, RERA, IP, ADR, drafting, conveyancing.

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
