• Vendor Contract and payment, taking approvals and coordinating with accounts for payment
• Ensure proper equipment audits and record-taking policies
• Coordinate for all accounts related communication, keep record & provide documents as per requirement
• Ensure compliance of all accounts related documentation & coordinate
• Having Good working knowledge in MS-Office (word & excel) and mail Transactions.
• Accounts, Data Entry, Verification and Document Management.
• Complain Handling & Coordination with Operation Team & Office Management.
• Must have good experience in accounting, entry, balance sheet, MIS, vendor reconciliation, audit, TDS & return filing.
• Should be cooperative to provide full back office support and take care of admin activities
• Working knowledge of TDS, GST, Service Tax (RCM), etc
• Knowledge of Computer such as MS Office, Internet, E-mail
