Role and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the development of the company’s policies and procedures.
1. Provide detailed legal guidance to the staff on all matters that affect the company.
1. Ensure compliance in the business with the applicable laws and regulations.
1. Evaluate the risks involved in advance.
1. Analyze our current risk management techniques and procedures.
1. Find possible solutions for the company’s legal issues.
1. Monitor the cases filed against or on behalf of the company.
1. Coordinate with all the stakeholders.
1. Maintain relations of trust and respect with stakeholders.
1. Deal with complex issues related to the law.
1. Reviews, researches, interprets and prepares both written and oral opinions on a wide variety of legal issues.
1. Drafts, reviews, and approves policies and procedures, regulations, bylaws, and other legal documents.
1. Reviews, drafts & negotiations of contracts, leases, and other legal documents; research legal issues and recommends revisions as necessary.
1. Reviews, drafts & negotiations of commercial contracts such as MSA/MOU/NDA, leases, and other legal documents; research legal issues and recommends revisions as necessary.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in law
1. Experience 3-5 years as an in-house counsel
1. Experience in general business law and commercial law
1. Clear thinking & communication; strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to present and explain complex topics to non-legal audiences
1. Master English at professional speaker level
1. Experience in in-house compliance
1. Experience working with a fast-paced startup or a startup advisory company
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
