Who You Are: We are looking to hire a Staff Data Scientist (India) to help lead and drive our AI/ML initiatives. You will be a part of a global all-remote Data Science and Engineering organization, and will play a key role in defining and enabling our data-driven strategies and solutions. As a Staff Data Scientist, you’ll work closely with the DIrector of Data Science and Engineering, Product Managers, Finance and Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data/Software Engineers as you help define our data development roadmap. What You’ll Do

• Lead the data science vision by design and developing the next generation of marketing technology, models, and data products
• Closely collaborate science and engineering leadership to relentlessly drive innovation and agility of our engineering teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists
• Collaborate with product team and contribute to proof of concepts, model selection, and solution design
• Work on state-of-the-art large-scale data analytics and machine learning projects
• Build and operationalize predictive models leveraging recent advances in AI/ML, Deep Learning, and NLP
• Help develop data science standards and best practices that support experimentation, reproducibility, quality assurance, and MLOps
• Continuously evaluate the latest AI/ML technologies, packages, and frameworks in the data science ecosystem
• Contribute to the consolidation of our data and empower other teams with self-serve analytics
• Work closely with stakeholders on the data supply side (e.g. application engineers) and data demand side (e.g., BI analysts, data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams)

What You Need

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade data science solutions
• Graduate degree (data science, statistics, applied math, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of science fundamentals (experimental design, hypothesis testing, reproducibility)
• Expert-level Python and SQL
• Expertise is predictive modeling and machine learning
• Experience in big data technology and cloud-based development (prefer AWS)
• Specialization (Deep Learning, NLP, OR, RL, Time Series, MLOps, etc.)
• Experience using a wide range of data science and engineering tools and technologies (Matillion, Snowflake, PySpark, Kubernetes, Tableau, Open Source packages, etc. )
• Experience leading and mentoring data scientists
