The Candidate would be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.

Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.

The candidate should be good in communication and well versed in Computers.

Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data

Interpersonal skills would be the key resource.

Both Fresher / Experienced, Males / Females can be considered.

Ready to work in shifts 24x7x365.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
