4. Assist in creating visually engaging presentations using MS-PowerPoint to showcase travel packages.
5. Use MS-Word to draft and finalize travel documents for clients.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and destinations to provide expert recommendations to clients.
