Job Description

• You will be responsible for making it easier to sell priority for Sprinklr.
• Respond to Sprinklr internal end-user inquiries and questions from Sales & Success teams via email, chat, MS teams and other internal tools promptly and accurately.
• Provide answers to requestors by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding requestors by routing them to correct internal stakeholders.
• Routing the query to accurate internal stakeholders and own responses with diligent follow-ups to ensure the query is resolved as per SLA.
• Demonstrate strong ownership by tracking, collaborating, and escalating to get accurate and quick responses.
• Maintains hygiene by following the quality processes on the Sprinklr tool:
• Identifies and classifies incident types and query types
• Records cases cataloguing them by symptom and resolution
• Strive to learn about Product capabilities and interdepartmental processes through peers, online training and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Working on additional projects under the concierge umbrella which will require to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Open to learning new skills like creating SharePoint, advanced Excel & presentation skills.
• Periodically audit content/collaterals available for the Sprinklr product & share feedback on the search (on Fortis) & relevance
• Use the reporting on champagne to understand insights around making it easier to sell.
• Collaborate with GTM team members & work with them on their projects
