Job Description
At Sprinklr, we believe organic and paid marketing must go hand in hand to sustain business growth. It’s a challenging but rewarding experience to create a content and SEO strategy that stands the test of time. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organic Growth, you will be responsible for growing the organic traffic, engagement, and conversion by working closely working with cross-functional teams – product, web ops, creative, performance, and integrated marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement SEO strategies to scale the organic traffic
● Run keyword research and competitive analysis to find areas for organic growth of Sprinklr’s website.
● Find opportunities for partnerships with websites and publishers in order to grow organic visibility
● Assist the content creation team with Ideas, Topics, and Keywords to create a high-quality content creation calendar
● Monitor the results and maintain performance reports regularly on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
● Assist the Web-Development team with SEO best practices, must-haves & don’t-haves
● Prepare content structure and layout for keyword-based content assets
● Conduct timely content audits and optimization on the website
● Review and optimize content quality as per SEO standards. Required Skills
● 4+ years of experience in SEO – on-page, technical, content, and link building
● Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest or similar SEO tools
● Be the subject matter expert on all SEO topics – site structure, internal linking, crawlability, content, meta tags, redirects, sitemaps and site speed.
● Experience with Google Adwords(keyword planner), Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Data Studio, and the likes
● Good understanding of google algorithms and the latest search engine updates
● Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Proficiency: Intermediate
● Good writing, communication and soft skills
