Job Title :: Customer Success Associate (Flipkart)

Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Flipkart customers on inbound calls.

Should have minimum 6 months experience in BPO,Freshers also considered. Should be proficient in spoken and written English & Hindi

Location :: Work from office (Gurgaon Location)

Salary :: Between 1.8 Lakhs- 2.8+ Benefits

Shift Timings :: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off,24/7 any 9 hours shift for Male candidates,9 hours of shift between 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM for female candidates.
