What you will be doing:
We know that you’d be geared up to roll your sleeves and start making an impact from day 1. To help you understand the role better, we have provided a broad list of activities (this list is not exhaustive) that you will be covering. Feel absolutely free to ask us more questions if you need more insights – we love folks who question the status quo and propose disruptive ideas! You will be responsible for:
Creating empathetic and effective communications for internal teams, including graphics and content
Coordinating with and supporting with rolling out impactful short-term projects such as performance reviews, training programs, engagement surveys, career development plans, and local policy creation and maintenance every quarter
Owning & executing one long-term project, such as Diversity Initiative, Rewards, and Recognition, etc., every quarter with clear and measurable business impacts (you will of course be guided here)
Creating fun, enthusiastic campaigns to brand and promote new initiatives in the Organization
Build rapport with teams and run engagement activities — we expect you to absolutely enjoy this and excel at it
Promoting a culture where people feel valued, included, connected, and proud about working at SquadStack
Proactively identifying and solving challenges resulting from working in a hybrid environment
Contributing to regular meetings with the leadership team to share the latest happenings and insights
What you should have:
An entrepreneurial mindset with 1-2 years of work experience in a people-oriented role
Ability to create eye-catching and impactful presentation decks, graphics, and content
Strong content writing skills for creative, program, and policy rollouts
Ability to host hybrid events for the Organization at different scales
High sense of ownership and seamless end-to-end delivery of projects owned
Unafraid to set audacious goals and work towards them, try new things, and learn on the go
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, partnered with strong analytical skills
Ability to understand and interact with internal and external teams
Passionate about building and scaling high-performing setups
Logistics:
Salary: 5-8 LPA
Location: We are hiring for multiple locations in Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Goa, with a Hybrid setup where you will be spending at least 20% of your time in the office.
