Roles and responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, portals social media, or any sorcery

• Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.

• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

  Requirements

• 2-3 years of Proven work experience as a Recruiter for Non Tech and/or Tech Roles

• Good understanding of full recruitment life cycle

• Preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
