Coordinate with sales team, finance team, PDI in charge, accessories fitment team, New car insurance executive, workshop Team and logistics coordinator for preparing vehicle and documents related to delivery Maintain, share and review the booked vehicle tracker (BVT) Follow up on the status of vehicle and document preparation for booked vehicles and inform the sales teams in case of any delay Advise sales team for revision of Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) wherever applicable Ensure all accessories, VAS etc are fitted in the delivery vehicle as per the commitment checklist/yellow form and are in working condition Obtain delivery schedule from Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) team for vehicles to be delivered on the next day Ensure vehicle is clean and decorated before arrival of customer Ensure that delivery vehicle has adequate amount of fuel Ensure the vehicle is available for delivery to the customer at a pre-designated location and time Ensure all items related to delivery process are made available at the place of delivery as per the delivery kit contents Handover the ready vehicle and all documents to the sales team on the day of delivery as per the pre-designated location and time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
