1 Meet and greet customers and guests
2 Offer refreshments and make guests / customers comfortable
3 Assign CA and ensure customer is attended within 3 miniutes of arrival
4 Ensure proper upkeep of Showroom / Display vehicles / Brochures and POP items
5 Give basic information to the prospect if required
6 Maintain Walkin enquiries register and update
7 Capturing the basic customer details and handing the prospect details to the respective Sales Managers for reassigning to Customer Advisors.
8 Courier receiving & Maintains the register
9 Newspaper record keeping & maintaining
10 Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
11 Attend to all telephone calls and assisgn leads to CA
12 Follow up on enquiries and ensure Tele enquiries are attended to and TD / Visits done
13 To communicate effectively to customers basic information on products, services and associated prices and thereby meet Gokulam customer satisfaction standards.
14 To ensure front office is maintained clean AT ALL TIMES
15 To ensure all telephone messages are promptly delivered to the recipients
16 Perform other related duties as assigned by the HOD
