Handling the entire service unit operations as per the set processes and guidelines Monitoring and implementing the action plans to improve workshop productivity Foreseeing and resolving bottlenecks such as breakdowns of Equipments Coordinating with parts team for high fill rates of spare parts Ensuring the business goals are achieved along with 100% customer satisfaction. Conducting daily team meetings for daily target achievements Ensuring dealership profitability and market share by maximising vehicle inflows Focusing of downstream business revenues such as VAS, Value care & Ins renewals Daily report analysing with warranty team for claim rejections & reimbursements Coordinating with TML technical team for resolving issues ASAP. Daily review of OJC’s along with concerned service advisor, Overall monitoring of workshop housekeeping and Equipments upkeep. Reporting to Service Head (AGM Service)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
