Ensure availability and readiness of TD and demo vehicles. Plan appropriate TD route for each model in consultation with SM and SH Performs daily check on display and TD vehicles. Ensures cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors and adequate fuel is available in each vehicle Receive TD requests from Customer Advisors and prepare TD schedule in order to accommodate the same. Inform Customer Advisors on any deviation from initially requested slots Receive requests for display vehicles for market activation events from TL / SM and arrange for clean vehicle, driver and sufficient fuel Develop test drive schedule and ensure it is shared with everyone in the showroom, including DEO for GF updation Ensure adherence to TD schedule and highlight reasons for deviation from the same to showroom manager during review Ensure recording of customer details (Name, Address, DL Number) prior to every test-drive Develop and implement improvement action plans in the event of complaints highlighted by Customer Relationship Managers / Customer Advisor in review meetings Conduct test drive of the vehicle and check against the delivery checklist

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
