Require executives for daily Sales Marketing calling, Service Reminder calling, Insurance calling.

Post sales and service feedback calling.

Monthly target based calling. Preparing daily MIS reports

Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills.

Any B2B Sales experience

Support ongoing customer retention activities, including researching root cause of a customer issue or problem

Assist with queries and end-to-end resolution relating to (but not limited to) 2 Wheeler Sales / Service

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; following up to ensure resolution.

Proven customer support experience; Track record of overachieving quota; Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening;

Familiar with CRM systems and practices;

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;

Excellent communication and presentation skills;

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Experience from any call center or automobile dealership will be an advantage
