OFFICE ADMIN & HR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. Verification of ESI, PF, PT Calculations as on every month and follow-up with the consultants for the Challans and making the online payment through portal.( Accountant job)2. Execution of the Telephone bills, Electricity bills and other office maintenance bills for the payments.(bills to be collect from mail and handover to Accounts)3. Office expenses like Office maintenance , Drinking water, Printing and Stationary etc.,4. Filing the Service reports received from sites in the respective AMC’S file as on the AMC Schedule completed.5. Communicating to the concerned departments of the AMC Site for taking the necessary work permits before scheduling the AMC work.6. Make sure that all the service reports are received on the end of the month and further co-ordination with the senior service engineer.7. Tracking the Renewals of the AMC’s and sending the renewal rate contract and follow up until the renewal PO are received.8. Preparation of the JDs for the Engineering and Office Position requirements.9. Job posting in the recruitment portals for the openings in the company.10. Screening the Employees and short listing the candidates for the profile.11. Material management issuing the materials and inward the same in material log book.12. Employee related joining formalities and background verifications work.13. New Joinee ESI & EPF Registration co-coordinating with the consultants.14. When we send courier, we have to track , Same we have to follow up they received or not.15. Tracking of materials taken and went by our Engineers, want to view all entry books, before living office.16. Whatever mails comes for account relating, immediate want to intimate17. Files to be keep confidentially.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR15,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
