Qualification:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications are added advantage (e.G., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
Proven 5 plus years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and security.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
