JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY

Ensure availability of required raw materials, packing materials, engineering spares, consumables etc., in the Stores Maintaining minimum & maximum stocks of the materials with relevant records and Issuing Materials to customers.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Verification of Receipts, Issuing Materials and Purchase Orders

Maintaining FIFO/FEFO System while Issuing all materials

raise Purchase Requisition When Stocks Reach Minimum Level

Data Entry of Receipts and Issues

Verification of Statutory documents and Quality of Materials

Following Bin card System as well as observing Physical Stock position

Maintain Incoming Material Status Report

Material allocation in issuing materials Slips

Ensure effective implementation of all safety requiremennts

CONTROL AND MONITORING

Control on material damage

Monitoring of material consumption

Monitoring of proper stacking of material

QUALIFICATIONS : Graduation in any discipline

Experience : Minimum one year in a manufacturing industry.

Skills required : Computer operating skills, Knowledge in Accounts packages

Age Limit : 22 to 35 years
