Senior Accounts Manager

Gender – Male/Female.

Experience – 8 to 10 Yrs.

Report to – Head of Group Finance.

Joining – Immediate

Roles & Responsibilities.

A. GST

– Preparation of data to be submitted for filling of GST Returns.

B. TDS

– To make payment before 7th of every month of Group Companies.

C. PROFESSION TAX

– Profession Tax group Company yearly Liability.

– Information Received from HR to pay accordingly return filed by Consultant.

D. AUDIT

– Attending Internal Audit queries, Resolving and rectification, supporting Auditors for Monthly MIS and Taxation Issues.

– Support in Stock and Statutory Audit.

E. ACCOUNTING ENTRIES.

– Overdue Interest & GST on Overdue Debit Notes for all Customers of Group Companies.

– Branch and Inter company Reconciliation.

– LC – Preparation, follow – up, discounting and accounting entry.

– Sales Code Creation

– Personal family details for Banking, Filling, Data Entry & Reco.

– Shares Related Work NSDL

– Check Statement of Personal Credit cards and Payment as per due dates

– Looking after LIC & Other Insurance and checking of Payments, Due dates and Maturity

– Ledger Confirmation of Debtors & Creditors of Group Companies.

– Rent agreement, Invoices, filling and Due dates

NOTE: – Should be able to Travel to Branches in Western India as and when required.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
