JOB SUMMARY
Building big data collection and analytics capabilities to uncover customer, product, and operational insights. Analysing data sources and proposing solutions to strategic planning problems on a one-time or periodic basis. Providing data-driven decision support.

Drive productivity through workforce practices of not just people optimization but also ensuring alignment to spans and layer set at organization level, Seats & other requirements balanced through better scheduling.

Proven track record of executing WFM in BFSI / Third Party back office with an outlook to drive change
As part of the team, deliver Cost reduction targets at the organization level and ensure its embedded well within the Workforce delivery
Work with the WFE leads in analyzing and reporting the various WFM Metrics
Identify the leakages and highlight the WFM leads / heads in the efficiency improvement opportunities
People & Talent
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Risk Management
Ensure adherence to risk management framework.

Our Ideal Candidate
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree
Good communication skills both vocal and written
Sound knowledge on metrics and measurement
3 – 5 years’ experience in an Analytics Manager position or similar role is required.
