Job Summary

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. Also, you should know how to work in “APPFOLIO” which is the software we use.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about property and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of US calling experience
• Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Candidates should be located in Chennai or Coimbatore areas
• Should have work experience in APPFOLIO property management software

A day in the life:

This is a night shift role. Duties will involve taking incoming phone calls and tickets from tenants. These will be regarding questions about vacant units, issues or maintenance requests in occupied units, filling paperwork for state based programs etc.
