Job responsibilities will require ability to organize and prioritize tasks, willingness to learn new skills, and at times, the need to research problems or methods via online resources (google and youtube). The role will involve public interaction with prospective and existing tenants, as well as vendors and support staff.

A day in the life:

This is a night shift role. Duties will involve taking incoming phone calls and tickets from tenants with broken windows, frozen or leaking pipes, pest complaints, broken appliances and triaging them to respective vendors to resolve the issue.

At times this individual may have to prepare information to be communicated to clients or help out with listing vacant units.
