Officer – Client Data Analyst – Global COO Support Team
The Client Data Analyst Officer for the Global COO Support Team drives a rigorous metrics based approach to implement on strategic initiatives in support of our vision to drive superior client experience. The officer will work closely with the Global COO team and client virtual teams to help develop and capture metrics and insights in support of our strategic initiatives. Focus of the job will be on reporting and applying analytics to identify opportunities across our Global Client processes. Examples of impactful projects – team will be driving metrics to include KPIs measuring delivery of our service against SLAs, analyzing and optimizing client cost to serve, NPS scores and success metrics around remediation programs.
