We are looking for developers who can understand industry trends along with State Street’s business systems and processes to identify customer and user needs, understand requirements, design and architect a suitable solution for the user, develop the product from scratch using required tech stack (varies based on the product), validate the developed features, and address operational improvement needs to lead implementation efforts as appropriate to accomplish business objectives.

What you will be responsible for
As Automation and Artificial Intelligence Developer you will:
Ability to understand customer/business user needs, motivations, and behaviors and translate them into concepts and prototypes to elicit direct feedback.
Coordinate with business and process owners to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow and its implementation.
Ability to integrate the automation solutions with AI, ML using NLP, Data Science Models and Quantitative Models.
Ability to architect a product using the relevant tech stack end to end. Design process flows and class diagrams as required for the product.
Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving skills along with being detail-oriented, and able to understand complex customer needs and translate them into end-user products/automations.
Ability to prioritize efforts to deliver maximum consumer value and support key business KPI’s; assist with smart trade-offs and sequencing of automation platform roadmap.
Ability to manage your own time by appropriately prioritizing design and research tasks while working within deadlines.
Ability to develop end to end Business Process Management software solutions.
Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Enhance and support the Projects in UAT and Production.
Design and implement improvements and additional capabilities for the RPA platform.
Work closely with IT Infrastructure and other teams to ensure RPA platform SLAs are met.

Strong in-depth knowledge on concepts like OOPS, Design Patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms.
Work on development of multiple Automations parallelly using .NET, VSTO/Python(Scikit learn, Pandas, Tensor flow, Keras)/Java.
Build Robotic Desktop Automations(RDA) and Robotic Process Automation(RPA) using various tools like Blue Prism, UiPath.
Working with Microsoft’s ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core MVC, .NET Core, Blazor, ASP.NET Web API using C#.
Experience with various front-end web-development technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Java Script, jQuery and React JS.
Developing and designing UI for Windows based applications using frameworks like WinForms or WPF.
Should be able to design and architect Database systems and write complex queries using RDMS Systems like SQL Server.
Understanding of different Object Relational Mapper(ORM) frameworks like Entity Framework.
Advanced Microservices development with Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud.
Experience in developing cloud based solutions using Azure, AWS and others.
Ability to develop multiple reusable libraries and frameworks from scratch.
Experience in using API Development/Debugging Tools like Fiddler and Postman.
