Job description

1. Issuance of Credit Note of Discount on sales.
2. Prepare Fixed Assets register for the Cost audit
3. Incentive working on sales monthly quarterly and annually
4. Follow up for ROC, AGM Resolutions, annual returns, ITR and balance sheet with Chartered Accountant
5. Generate financial reports as and when required
6. Manage working capital facilities with banks
7. Follow up with team as pre-audits work and generate MIS of pending work twice in month
8. Drafting of all kinds of agreements and finalization with notary
9. Coordinate with subordinates for requirements for drafting of agreements and appointments of any party.
10. Drafting all kinds of resolutions as and when required
11. Coordinate and follow up for conducting Audits with chartered Accountant
12. Apply for necessary documents and licenses with government authorities
13. Providing documents to banks, other authority and institutions and maintain record of documents submission
14. Generate MIS of all pending work of team members
15. Supports to the team members as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
