Production manager for our cochin factory Qfn – BE mechl/ dip in mechl with 5 to 7 years experience in production MGT. Age 32 to 40 years Experience in good mfg company 1. Technically sound and capable of independently handling supervisors and machines – CNC,Roofing,welding,shutter machines, etc 2.meeting the daily,weekly, and monthly production Targets. 3.man management of supervisors,skilled workers, and contract workers 4.solving day-to-day problems in machines, manpower, etc to meet the production targets. 5.meeting and explaining third-party consultants and project clients with proper documentation. 6.providing leadership to the production team with no excuses to be entertained. 7.good housekeeping and admin capability by leading the team by setting an example. Good communication with Malayalam,Hindi and English language essential. 8. Familiar with factories act,labour act and all other admin procedures for day to day smooth working of the factory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
