Job Description:
Administer windows server services (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, etc)
Administer email services in Exchange On-Premise and O365
Administer Azure, MS Teams and other MS Office Suite
Troubleshoot, test, and resolve complex end-user technical issues/problems, ranging from software (Windows, Mac, etc.) and hardware (laptop, desktop, accessories, etc.
Will act as subject matter expert on tools, programs, and applications unique to the client environment
Will act as the go-to resource who helps resolve complex issues
Will match project priorities to industry best practices
Provide training to consultant teams and end-users as needed
Where necessary, writing, amending, or removing KB articles
Participate in the creation of training material
Track and document process changes and ad hoc reporting requirements
Lead continuous improvement actions

Job Requirements:
1-4 years experience as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Infrastructure
A keen interest in new technologies, the ability to learn quickly, and a high level of motivation
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based operating systems including servers and workstations, possess expertise using Microsoft Office Products
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DHCP, DNS
Knowledge of MS Exchange On-Premise and Office 365
Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting
Ability to understand industry best practices and can communicate those insights to help improve the business model
Prior support of clients users and the client environment
Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
