Job Description:
This position supports a US-based commercial real estate leasing team, focusing ondocument standards and reviews, reporting, and management of the lease approval process.
This position will use Yardi Voyager for accounting purpose as primary accounting software.
This position addresses tight deadlines and multitude of accounting of Accounts payable,utility invoices, utility project, vendor statement verification , Accounts Receivable , Chequeverification, statement downloading , profile set up, expenses report, Bank ReconciliationStatement, Lease entry, Collection process, any other USA accounting work and any outsidework etc.
Also multitude of accounting including depreciation statement , Fixed Asset tracker, Newlease set up, treasury management , audit and any other work etc.
Job Specification:
Should have M.com/M.B.A.
Experience should be 1 to 3 years
Knowledge of Excel is mandatory
