Position : AVP / Vice President -Bandra East, BKC Job description: We are looking for a Chartered Account having experience of 5 to 15 years in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking that have strong fundamentals and relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Senior Managers and AVPs. This team shall be responsible for Preparation of Financial Models, CMA Data, Project Reports, Research, Restructuring/Resolution Plans and Presentations for submission to banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, investors (including private equity investors). The candidate is required to be extremely hands on with the above-mentioned work. He/she should be able to not only guide the team but also have the ability to independently execute as and when required. Good leadership skills combined with very strong fundamentals in the domain of corporate finance is a must. The job also requires constant communication with various stakeholders including the client, lenders and investors. We are ideally looking for a person who is located at manageable distance from BKC.
