Responsibility :

responsible for the overall management and operation of the store, including inventory control, customer service, and staff supervision.

Oversee and manage the store’s inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are properly stored to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.

Supervise, train, and mentor store staff, including sales associates and warehouse workers, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Ensure that the store is kept clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times, to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that the store is competitive in the market.

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that the store is meeting its objectives and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
