Key Responsibilities: (detailed description)

• Manage a large team of facility, cafeteria and security staff to ensure that office facilities (Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Events) are in line with Stryker’s standards.

• Lead the team to manage AMCs and govern day-to-day maintenance works for all facilities.

• Deliver workplace service experience by driving improvements in service delivery and standards across facilities.

• Manage internal & external stakeholders by building rapport and strong trust-based relationships.

• Deliver FM services through key supplier relationship management of vendors in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs of Stryker.

• Support the business in preparing facilities operating and capital budgets, forecasts etc and ensure to operate within defined/approved budgets.

• Review service performance with service partners through periodic checks and annual reviews.

• Monitor and apply local regulations and Stryker’s directives

• Conduct internal audits and manage external audits

• People centric team leader and team player.

• Develop an environment of team collaboration and ensure continual improvement and development of team members.

Education & Experience

• Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 10 yrs of relevant work experience
