Calling to walk in customers and reporting to SM & MD Submission of calling report of Call center dept to SM 24 HRS PSF Calling & submitting report to SM,MD & RO Post Booking Calling and submitting report to SM & MD HMIL & SSI CATI Complaint Resolving & reporting to RO &SM Booking to Delivery CallingGDMS Sales Docket UpdationMonitoring Home Visits 15 days after delivery & reporting to SM Monitoring Home Visits for walk in customers, telephonic enquiries & referral customers & reporting to SM Customer Meet ArrangementSending Customer Meet PPT to MD, SM & RO Preparing ETC from GDMS Live Enquiries and submitting it to SMDelivery Process-1.Sending Mail of PDI & Delivery schedule to Service Manager, Sales Manager & Asst. Service Manager 2. Checking of vehicle and reporting to MD, SM and concern person for the issues 3.Final checking of the vehicle and getting the vehicle ready for delivery from Lobby Hostess 4.Attending the ceremony, Completing Happy Check List & submitting it to SM 5.Ensuring the presence of Sales COnsultant, Lobby Hostess, Service Advisor and oneself at the time of delivery Filling SSI Order form with approval of SM & placing order to Head Office. Candidate should be from automobile industry.
