Job Description

As a Tele Counsellor at Frankfinn Aviation Services, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective students, informing them about our specialized courses, and encouraging them to attend free career counselling sessions at our institutes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Engaging with prospective students to understand their requirements
  2. Providing detailed information about our various programs
  3. Following up with students to track their interest and schedule counselling appointments
  4. Maintaining accurate records of each interaction for follow-up purposes
  5. Ensuring conversion of leads into scheduled counselling sessions
