Job Purpose:
To coordinate and administer student applications across the Study Group Admissions processes. To ensure student applications are processed accurately and in accordance with prescribed processes. To maintain high standards of customer service to students, parents and agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective processing of student applications and related materials in order to meet Service Level agreements, primarily being Acceptances, Confirmations and visa documentation.
Interacting with agents as required during the Admissions process, and liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve issues as required
Methodical use of systems (including Study Global, Pega, SMS) in order to accurately capture information and to ensure applications are processed appropriately
Processing of cancellations and associated financial adjustments as required
Assisting with ad-hoc administrative or process improvement tasks as required
Geographical Scope:
Experience Required:
Essential
Work experience within an administrative and/or customer service environment.
Experience of using computerised systems/databases to achieve work goals and tasks.
Desirable
Proven experience within an international education related role, preferably within an International Admissions environment.
Personal Attributes:
Highly organised; able to prioritise activities and work to tight deadlines.
Resilient, self-motivated and able to work independently on a day to day basis.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Excellent attention to detail and able to interpret and follow complex processes.
Strong customer services ethic
A strong collaborator who works well with other teams in Global Admissions and the wider business.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrates a growth and continuous improvement-mindset – open to feedback and acquiring knowledge.
