JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an HR Operations Support to join us at Study Group. This role sits within the People Experience team and is responsible for administrative support (based in India) to work exclusively on breaking down the eHR files and to assist and support the Global People Operations and Advisory team and the Global People Onboarding team with document management.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Standardising all files globally to streamline the way of working.
Enable easy access to files to support the Bedrock change process (contracts, JDs, VTCs)
“Paperwork for Filing” is approximately 20% of General Inquiry tickets. Preparing files for migration to a simpler storage/access solution is required to reduce this workload.
Break down large PDF files into individual files.
Rename documents.
File documents in the correct folder.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in HR.
Experience in using MS office suite and Excel.
Outstanding organizational skills
