StudyMEDIC Hiring for OPERATIONS COORDINATOR-EVENING SHIFT at Remote Full Time

· Must be a WORDPRESS known candidate

· Night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM

· creating meeting links in different platforms, participation and recording the meeting sessions.

· coordinating with all the mentors to get presentations / study materials and convert it into the company formats.

· Operations shall work closely to finalize the related orientation slides & shall be reverted to the assigned mentors at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

· Responsible for managing student’s platforms such as telegram groups, class room sessions etc.

· Responsible for maintaining records and trackers of each batch along with their session details.

· Responsible to coordinate with all the members within the group in case of any queries and concerns.

· Responsible for collecting free library materials from our groups done by the students and sharing with the Operations Lead. And to maintain a tracker for the same.

· Responsible for uploading Course Library Materials into our Website as and when instructed by Line Manager.

· Responsible to follow the instruction assigned by Ops Lead for the smooth operation of the company

· Responsible for following the instruction assigned by the Line Manager for the smooth operation of company.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
