Job Description

As an International Admission Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting aspiring students in their journey to international education. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling:
• Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding course options, University selection, eligibility criteria, and Visa requirements.
• Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Application Processing:
• Assist students in completing application forms, SOP’s, and other required documents accurately and timely.
• Review student documents to ensure compliance with University guidelines.
• Submit applications to Universities on behalf of students.
• Visa Processing:
• Guide students through the Visa application process, including document preparation, visa fee payment, and appointment scheduling.
• Assist students in preparing for Visa interviews.
• University Liaison:
• Maintain strong relationships with International Universities and colleges.
• Attend university fairs and webinars to stay updated on the latest information.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract potential students.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students and parents about study abroad opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international education counselling, particularly in processing applications and student visas for countries like Australia and the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using computer software (MS Office, CRM software).
