Job SummaryAs a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that align with our brand’s identity and resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with post-production teams to integrate these graphics seamlessly into video content, ensuring a high standard of visual appeal and coherence. Your expertise in design and animation will play a critical role in elevating the effectiveness of our promos and digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities : 1. Conceptualization & Design : – Develop and execute creative concepts for on-air promos and digital campaigns. – Design and refine visual elements, ensuring they enhance the overall impact of the content. 2. Collaboration with Post-Production Teams : – Work closely with post-production teams to integrate graphics into video content, maintaining high visual standards and ensuring seamless transitions. – Provide input on how graphic elements can best complement the video content. 3. Animation & Motion Graphics : – Create dynamic animations and motion graphics that align with the creative direction of the campaigns. – Ensure that animations are polished and meet the technical requirements for on-air and digital platforms. 4. 3D Design & Visualization : – Utilize 3D design tools such as Cinema 4D to create engaging and realistic 3D models and animations. – Apply 3D visualization techniques to enhance the depth and dimension of visual content. 5. Portfolio Development : – Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing design and animation work, particularly for promos and digital campaigns. – Continuously update the portfolio with new and innovative work that reflects current trends and technological advancements. 6. Software Proficiency : – Demonstrate strong skills in industry-standard design software, including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and other relevant tools. – Stayupdated on the latest design software developments and incorporate new techniques into your work. Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- 2-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on animation and motion graphics. – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender). – Strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation work, particularly for on-air promos and digital campaigns. – Experience collaborating with post-production teams to deliver cohesive visual content. – Excellent communication and teamwork skills. – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
