We’re looking for * (Purchase Executive) * with following

Required Candidate profile

Qualification:Any Graduate, B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical

2+ Years’ experience in a harness mfg. co/ trader of harness components
Expertise in purchase/ trade of wiring harness components: lugs, connectors, terminals, relays, plastic molded parts, HST sleeves

No of Position 3 Nos

Skills:

· Responsible for all Purchase Activities related to wiring harness manufacture

· Source new vendors and materials after conducting thorough market research

· Float inquires to suppliers and evaluate quotations received

· Understand the techno commercial implications and suggest better alternatives

· Prepare and review Work Orders, Purchase Orders with order specifications and commercial details

· Update Procurement Work Progress Tracker on continuous basis with record of requisition raised, quotes received and Work orders/purchase orders issued

· Supervise the work of the team and give them proper instructions for smooth functioning of the department.

· Any other activities that may be delegated from time to time as per the Functional, Business and Organizational need.

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Expert in documentation work with proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs, MS Office

· Familiar with ERP Software

· Knowledge of Construction and related Materials

· Eager to use latest tools and technologies

· Experience in Team Management

· Effective Time management

Work Location: Guddanhalli, Anekal, Karnataka.
