WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Provide

technical expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide solution to

service requests/incidents/problems associated within the Sales and

Distribution module.

Provide application support as an SD consultant for global stakeholders

Expert in Ordering, Pricing, Logistics, Billing processes

Experience with 3rd party logistics service providers.

Good Configuration knowledge in Inter/intra company and STO process.

Experience

in Process integration and IDoc processing.

Basic understanding of all functional and integration knowledge with

all SAP modules.

Get to the root cause of operational issues, diagnose problem areas,

design and build solutions

Convert business requirements to application specific functional design

and define clear test plans

Coordinate with blueprint team to realize functional design

Perform functional and integration tests to confirm solution design

before deployment to production environment.

Ensure documentation of highest quality for around solutions

Ensure appropriate use of SWTS project management tools, governance,

processes, policies and methodologies.

Drive actively towards faster and more effective incident resolution in

close co-ordination with SD Module lead and Global Process Owners

Good communication skills

Technical Expertise:

Provide solutions in a timely manner

Ability to

preempt support issues, be proactive around support issues with our customer

Willingness

to learn and develop new skills across Sales & Distribution Modules

Willingness

to learn and develop new skills across other Cross function modules

Business Acumen:

Working with business teams to learn and

understand business processes

Provide input

to business operations, blueprint teams for continuous improvement

Work with

teams, to function horizontally and vertically

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

BTech, MSc, MCA,

Minimum 5 to 8 years of SAP experience in Sales & Distribution

Good communication skills with ability to understand business processes and translate the same into solutions

Strong SAP standard configuration knowledge

Strong SAP functional process knowledge within Sales & Distribution such as order management, pricing, logistics, and billing

Must have participated in providing designs for RICEFW elements

Testing support and end user trainings
