Roles and Responsibilities :

Sales:

• Achievement & growth of overall Budgeted gross revenue
• To ensure sales targets achievement through proper plan , execution and monitoring .
• Formalizing schemes to maximize business.
• Maintaining healthy sales expense ratio to keep the company’s business profitable.
• Maintaining sales product MIS as per budget .
• Planning and sharing month wise sales forecast .

Market Development:

• Identification and evaluation of the market demand of the crop protection & nutrients .
• Designing sales promotion activity for specified area.
• Ensuring brand building activities at farmers level .
• Responsible for monitoring and executing the promotional activities to generate demands of the products
• Market analysis for identifying market needs.
• Provide monthly feedback on competitor and their activities .
