Recruit CRM Hiring for Customer Success Associate at Remote Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming client questions over text & video calls
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Handle user issues, deliver solutions and alternatives workarounds to help them achieve their goals & follow up to ensure success
4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
6. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Who can apply:

1. Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2022 – B.Com / BSc / BA / BBA / M.Com / MSc / MA / MBA & any similar fields should apply.

2. Excellent written & verbal communication skill in English

3. Should have a people-first attitude, professionalism, and patience (as every client is unique and is needed to be handled with poise)

4. Should be comfortable working in shifts.

Stipend/CTC Details:

1. Initial 3 months trainee period and stipend will be Rs. 12,000 per month

2. After 3 months, on the basis of your performance you will be absorbed under the company payroll at a CTC range of 6 L – 8 L depending on shifts.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
