Job Summary

Centralized Statutory Compliances related to : The Code on Social Security ,Central labour legislations.ie., The Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923, The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948,The Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, The Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959, The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 , The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972,

Apart from above: Labour Welfare Fund, Payment of Bonus Act etc.

Areas Of Responsibility

• Implementing the techniques during day to day interaction with different customer and working on queries/issues on the feedback received from them. Implementation of best practices for process improvement in terms of speed, quality & delivery related to PF & other statutory compliance management. Strong liasoning with EPFO, ex-employees, HR at sites
• Provide Circulars / Directives issued from EPFO time to time to HR Coordinator and guide clarify the members and location HR for settlement of online claims and handling of queries and respond through email, phone and WhatsApp.

Prepare circulars time to time in consultation with EPFO Authority and Corporate Head Mumbai.

• Connect and Interact with EPFO Authority and get clarity on amendment, also critical quarries resolutions & Inspection of the establishment.
• Prepare and Monitor Dashboard, educate to the team members, Location HR entire process compliance perspective.
• Ensure Timely Remittance, filling returns and reply of Notice received from EPFO.
• Knowledge of Trust management, Gratuity would be additional advantage
