Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the director. Responsible for Handling Calls, Organizing Meeting, Communicating and managing day to day operations.To assist Director in day-to-day operations. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.Take care of MD’s mail desk, to handle all incoming / outgoing e-mails & correspondence.To arrange, coordinate & set-up all meetings and conferences.Preparing minutes of meetings, transcribing dictation.Preparing all documents and correspondences, such as letters, reports, proposals etc.Scheduling appointments and meetings.Miscellaneous tasks to support the director.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:YesExperience:Executive & Personal Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
