Job Summary
Preferably from Shipping Industry and immediate joiner
1. Preparing invoices – Checking and comparing last shipment charges for new.
2. Creation of Customer and vendor profile in systems and configure GST.
3. Services Types profile and charges configuration for GST and Invoice.
4. TDS Configuration.
5. Monthly Preparing GSTR1 data.
6. Monthly Scrutiny of GST with GSTR2B.
7. Calculation of GST Liability and Credit Balance.
8. Monthly Closing entries as per GST working.
9. Weekly outstanding Report with Ageing Report.
10. Monthly Job Closing.
11. TDS Scrutiny with 26AS. ( checking of short or excess TDS Credit )
12. Yearly GST scrutiny for Short or Excess Credit of GST.
13. Preparing GSTR9 and 9C Data with Balance Sheet.
14. Coordinate with consultant for queries.
15. Assist in finalisation.
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
